	Microsoft says it didn't mean to distribute versions of Windows 7 SP1 
in Europe without the browser choice screen, a feature that European 
regulators require copies of Windows sold in Europe to include. 
Intentional or not, though, the mistake could end up costing the company 
billions of dollars if the EU decides to take a stern stance on the matter.
