I was looking at those. They range wildly from a slender "port extender" 
used at around $7 to an extravagant piece of equipment over $120. I 
suppose the latter have the power converter built in, but most of them 
require you plug the brick into the device. Other than that, I can't 
find any difference. I'll wait until payday...
