Let me try to explain myself. I was trying to be sarcastic, and it wasn't
towards your comments, it was towards Fred's comments.

The goal of Sarcasm is not always to insult, but to also taunt.

My whole point intertwines what Fred said with what you said. Simply put, how
could we sit and judge Al Gore for what he thinks, but in the same breath
condone Bush for what he thinks? Gore thinks global warming is happening. Bush
thought there were WMD's. But the Sarcasm was to point out that some people
only believe what they want to believe. Fred never disagrees with anything a
republican says or does, even when they are wrong, and always disagrees with a
democrat even when they are right. LOL

(a little irony there, yes. But not my intention)

This is why I said :

>And George Bush lied about weapons of mass destruction so where's the
>difference? LOL

Yes there is irony in that statement, but it wasn't intended to be ironic but
instead a poke at Fred.

And I tried to explain to you:

>"Jon, That was my whole point with the sarcasm. What I was trying to say is,
>it's Ok to listen and believe the media hype when it's someone that one
>doesn't like, but when it comes to someone they do like, everything they do
>is always condoned."

My sarcasm was not intended to start a flame war, or attack Fred or you, but
to just poke (taunt) a little fun, in a subtle way, at how Fred believes
republicans are always "correct". LOL

Maybe I know Fred in a different way than you do. Even though he and I may not
see eye to eye on some things, and from what I know, he's an all around really
good person.

A final thought, I may not have made all this 100% clear on my intentions in
my choice of words, sentence structure or paragraph structure, but I think I
got some of my point out for you to understand what I was trying to do and
say.
