[CS-FSLUG] Request for info: Laptop vendors?

I'd go with Dell's outlet shop, as Kevin mentioned. Amongst vendors, I
find it is most pleasant to deal with Dell and Apple. If Dell offers
something in the price range (and they are generally competitive with
all but the cheapest vendors), I think that is a good choice.
