[CS-FSLUG] Database Review Request

Hi all,

I would like to ask a couple of you database gurus if you could take a
gander at a database design for me, with a critical eye.  As I recall, we
have a few missionary geeks around here who might be able to contribute
something to the design.  I hate to say (or even ask) too much, since I have
shelved this project at least twice (three times?) already.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know.  I should probably just give up.  But I am waaayyy
too stubborn for that.  ;-)  Anyway, I'll fill in a few more details for
those willing to take a peek.
