[CS-FSLUG] web browser computer

I am looking for such a solution to be used for education.  Basically a 
web browser terminal, able to some multimedia (ogg, MP3 if not).  No 
need for more for what I have in mind.  Price is of paramount 
importance, all else secondary.  No HD, etc.  Been exploring thin 
clients, not yet found something.

Any ideas?
