Open /etc/apt/sources.list and remove the "#" from the beginning of the lines 
for each repository you want to enable. I don't know which repository 
bibletime is lurking on, but I do know that I can install it, so it has to be 
on one of the repositories in my sources.list. Compare yours to mine, 
uncomment, or add lines as needed and you should be good to go.
