The joke many coders tell on themselves is they have the perfect job 
because they really don't have to deal with people. Yet, if what they 
did was of no use to people, there'd be no market for coding and computers.

I'm with Josiah on learning to drink coffee. The greatest witness of all 
is the divine power to love folks who deserve it least. Even if "love" 
means silent tolerance and refusing to react to unpleasantness, you'll 
have done a great deal.
