[CS-FSLUG] New Editor-in-Chief at LXer

I thought it only fair to warn y'all that LXer now has a new
Editor-in-Chief.  Some of you may know him.  Others may not want to
claim to know him.  Whether or not you claim to know him, he is a
Christian brother.  Hopefully, those of you who visit LXer regularly
will not be completely scared off.  At the very least, please pray for
him, as he has some sizable shoes to fill.
