'Getting delays in mail and some bounces from folks in Texas who I know. I 
just got home and have mail from a buddy of mine who is in Houston - about 40 
miles north-west of downtown Houston. He said the wind is really picking up 
and it's started to rain........that was at 8:26 his time tonight.
