He is a clueless nut ... his timeline intentionally
excludes the most critical information about the local
PLAN which the Mayor and Governor knowingly failed to
execute as designed and the other actions of local
officials that *interfered* with Federal response.

Shame on him for pretending to present a useful resource
for people seeking a fact-based perspective.

My Dad, a recently retired expert in the area of emergency
evacuations and dealing with the Feds, sent me an E-mail
