[CS-FSLUG] Penguin in the Pew Being Translated on LaunchPad

Don, it is stalled right now, and I'm up to my head in work. I think it 
would be best that the new translator take over. However, I would be 
happy to review his effort once he's finished, if he agrees with it. 
I'll try to contact him and see how this works out.
