Back in my Military Police days, I spent an extended shift on the gate
during a high threat level (Desert Storm). In the stress of constant ID
checking, reading them outloud and handling them, I actually managed to
forget my own name. My wet-weather gear covered my tags; when someone
asked my name, I had to stop and think for a bit.
