Sorry I haven't gotten back to everyone who has offered advice on this
subject, my DSL has been down since Saturday morning.

I came to my brothers on this list for advice and this is what I get? This
hurt and is not true. My wife and I have been trying to figure out how to
deal with this situation for a couple months. We tried to figure out a way to
do this without hurting anyone, making sure nobody lost their job and there
were no hard feelings created.

Well no need to search the internet because, God made it happen. My wife took
the Manager into the conference room and told her how tired she was of the
assistant treating her badly, and this is where God comes in, it just so
happened that while my wife was pouring out her feelings the assistant walked
into the conference room and my wife didn't know it and the assistant heard
everything.
Now she has been so nice to my wife.
