[CS-FSLUG] NI: Microsoft Patents Rejected - For Now

The USPTO has rejected two of Microsoft's patent claims, one in
non-final form, the other in final form:

Interestingly, Msft considers this a victory, in that they just need
to change who's listed.  Since I don't totally understand the process,
I won't venture to guess how they can appeal a non-final decision.
