No, but it sounds interesting - thanks for the tip.  It appears to be a 
fork of InfoCentral, as does OpenSourceChurch.  I should have checked 
SourceForge before posting.

GroupOrg was going to be a rewrite - it folded.
InfoCentral Java - not sure of current status.
