If you want to have the look and feel of Aqua for KDE: There's Baghira 
(a style that is a Aqua clone) and several kicker replacements. 
Kooldock is one of them. They are very good.

(me, I prefer the KDE 1 appearance, ugly and functional --- KDE 1 windec 
with Win9x styles, with KDE 1 colorscheme...).
