List Admin on Message Tagging (was Re: [CS-FSLUG] Re: Message tagging)

I'm well aware of that list at http://cs.uninetsolutions.com, but at
least two users here have been coming up their own rules and have
written to me in private over them.  May I ask that in future, all users
who would like to have new rules implementated write to Tim directly?
