As much as I like Firefox, this is probably much inflated as this part
of the article suggests:

"Mozilla is expected to release Firefox version 1.5 in September, with a
new updating system to handle security fixes and other tweaks. The new
system will allow users to download a patch when updates become
available, removing the current requirement to install a completely new
browser each time."

With any upgrade to Firefox requiring a full new download and two
upgrades coming out recently (first 1.0.5 and then 1.0.6) I would ask
how many of those downloads are new "converts" or just upgrades. I
guess we will have to wait for version 1.5 to distinguish between them.
