Precisely! Well said, Robert. Some have alleged it's just another way to 
limit women applicants, because anyone with a background in 
demographics could have predicted that women don't do as well on this 
test as men. Oddly, the younger generation has the smallest gap between 
the sexes, primarily because the guys are "more feminized" -- that is 
they, tend to match the failure rate of women, rather than younger 
women doing better.
