MOZILLA HOPES LIGHTNING CAN STRIKE TWICE

The open source Mozilla Foundation, which recently introduced the
Thunderbird e-mail client Thunderbird 1.0, is hoping to combine the
program with its Sunbird calendar application -- code-named Lightning
-- so that it could compete with Microsoft Corp.'s ubiquitous Outlook
program.
