libkdevelop3
libkdevelop3-devel

It's in main, too, not even contrib. AAMOF, it was installed as a
taskbar icon by default last time I selected it during install, not
sure why.
You don't need to hunt for dependencies. Copy the RPMs from your CDs
into one place on your hard disk, and do this with URPMI:
urpmi.removemedia -a
urpmi.addmedia cdset file://path/to/rpms
urpmi.addmedia main ftp://server.name/path/to/main
urpmi.addmedia contrib ftp://server.name/path/to/contrib
urpmi.addmedia --update ftp://server.name/path/to/updates
Now when you type "urpmi kdevelop", URPMI will search first the CD set,
then the network repository for kdevelop and any dependencies.
Here in Oz, my exact commands to do the above (I didn't bother with
copying the CD RPMs 'coz I've got broadband and the repository is free
traffic for me) look like this, yours will be different:
urpmi.removemedia -a
urpmi.addmedia main \
http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/Mandrakelinux/official/10.1/i586/media/main
urpmi.addmedia contrib \
http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/Mandrakelinux/official/10.1/i586/media/contrib
urpmi.addmedia --update \
http://mirror.pacific.net.au/linux/Mandrakelinux/official/updates/10.1/RPMS
You can use this tool to easily make the urpmi command lines for many
servers:

I usually cherry-pick a couple of RPMs from the PLF collection as well,
being the simplest way to add a bunch of common multimedia codecs to my
system.

Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets:
I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.
For verily I say unto you,
"Till heaven and earth pass,
one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law,
till all be fulfilled."
Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments,
and shall teach men so,
he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven:
but whosoever shall do and teach them,
the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
