[CS-FSLUG] Sending E-mail's via Network

I have a small network set up here at home that consist of 2 computers so far 
and I am trying to figure out how to set up mail between the 2 computers.

Could anyone explain to me how to do this?

My computer name is "Buddy" and my username is "dmcglone" and I tried to set 
up a mailbox that used a "local mailbox", but that seemed to send the mail 
but not retreive the mail. Should I be using the Local Mailbox or IMAP or 
Maildir box as the type for receiving?

I tried sending mail to dmcglone at buddy but that don't seem to work.
