This is just the first little bit of it, there'll probably be more later on
I'll try to organise it a little to make your lives easier.

*Documentation:*
- Include section on Xandros manual on how to make deb packages (make sure to 
include how to add an entry to the KMenu (Launch menu) with the deb

*Xandros Networks:*
- Include control center module for changing default apps (ie: web browser, 
e-mail etc...).
- Include package for HPIJS printer drivers.
- Update and add to available games.
- Include ThinKeramik (make default theme if other agree).
- Make KOffice available alongside OpenOffice.org or as an alternative.
- Make FireFox available as an alternative to Mozilla.
- Include HBasic or Gambas as an available package in the Shop->Development 
section of Xandros Networks (whichever works best with KDE would be 
prefferable).
- Look for alternatives to Xine/MPlayer as the video players or use KDE 
frontends (KPlayer, KMPlayer).
- Make JuK available in Xandros Networks.
- Make sure to include a menu entry for Konqueror or make a deb package 
available for the menu entry.
- Make the KDE public file server applet available.
- Make KGet package available as an option for Konqueror fans.
- Replace Firestarter with KMyFirewall or another KDE firewall program.
- Include some sort of open source Anti-Virus package (ClamAV + KlamAV (KDE 
frontend) would be an example).
- Include some of the improvements from kde.openoffice.org in OpenOffice.org 
package, especially cuckooo and the KDE icons.

*Program/configuration changes:*
- Make Aspell the default spell checker for english (works much better then 
ispell for english).
- Have Xandros Networks client name the brocken package when an group of 
packages can't be installed because of one bad selection rather then leave 
the user to guess which one is the problem.
- Provide the real package name in the description of a package in Xandros 
networks on Xandros provided deb packages.
- Fix issue where root password is always required for Firewall (unless this 
is something particular to FireStarter and you change the firewall 
application as requested) program.

*Other:*
- Have an apt respository of community contributed deb packages.

I would like to know which of these will or will not be done if possible.
