To be fair to all (I think GNU's position is a little overstated), I'd have to
be running "Linux/GNU/Apache/KDE/Gnome/Mozilla/X.org/..." and that's just
overkill.

One argument that could be brought up (amongst others) is that "the interface is
the product"... hence "KDE" or "X11/KDE" might be a bit more "accurate" than
"GNU/Linux"

Perhaps we should just call these things generically an "operating system" with
perhaps a distinction between free, Free, and $$$, rather than pursing all of
these labels.
