can anyone here running mandrake 10 to send me a file called libcervisia.la

for the life of me I cannot get quanta to work with cervisia for some reason. 
I have a file named libcervisiapart.la but im not sure if it's the correct 
one so im going to try using libcervisia.la, which should be located 
in /usr/lib
