For their grandstanding end-run around the Constitution to call on
the United Nations to monitor our presidential election, 13
Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives must be censured!
They have violated their oath to uphold the Constitution by throwing

The 13 Representatives -- Corrine Brown of Florida, Julia Carson of
New York, William Lacy Clay of Missouri, Joseph Crowley of New York,
Elijah Cummings of Maryland, Danny K. Davis of Illinois, Raul
Grijalva of Arizona, Michael M. Honda of California, Eddie Bernice
Johnson of Texas, Brenda Lee of South Carolina, Carolyn Maloney of
New York, Jerrold Nadler and Edolphus Towns of New York -- must pay
for their partisan gall of sending a letter asking U.N. Secretary-
General Kofi Annan to "deploy election observers" across our nation
prior to the November vote.

Sign a petition urging Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert and House
Majority Leader Tom DeLay to censure the 13 for purposefully
humiliating America before the world by claiming the Bush
Administration, like some tin-pot dictatorship, cannot be trusted to

For effect, the Congressmen are grossly exaggerating the controversy
over the 2000 election, which Democrats wrongly claim was stolen by
George W. Bush. The letter shows what great anti-America lengths
liberals are willing to go to get their man elected, and why the
Representatives must be censured.

Are not these Congressmen sworn to uphold the Constitution that
protects America's foundation of independence, of sovereignty from
foreign powers and influences, of self-government? Then don't let
them get away with their unconstitutional ploy! 

The House must hold its members to a minimal ethical and legal
standard that doesn't include the premeditated embarrassment of our
nation. Representatives must uphold the Constitution, not dishonor
it by faking a move to the U.N. just to spin bad propaganda in an
