[CS-FSLUG] Making RPMs (frustrating)

I've looked over the tutorials and its got more detail then most of the ones 
I've seen so far but unfortunately just like the rest it assumes that I'm 
installing a package that has a make script. I have no idea how to make an 
rpm that can install a package that has no make script, I would appreciate 
some help with this especially if someone in the list has the time to talk me 
through the process over MSN or IRC.
