Answering your question... from any leader (any president of the country where 
i happen to be living now or any other country) I would expect him to deploy 
all the means of evacuation and expose all the facts to the population.
That is, I don't want him to lie, I don't want him to tell me I'm safe where I 
am (political concept of safeness, safeness doesn't exists at all) and I 
don't want him to tell me that I will be safe if I evacuate, I want him to 
leave the decition up to me... he/she chould recomend what to do, but the 
desition of the chances should be up to me, and in case I evacuate, I want 
everything prepared for my evacuation and in case I stay, I want everything 
to go on working.
I'm asking too much, am I ?
In any case, I want the truth.
