version of the proposed bill (called the Lieberman-Collins

Office of Cyberspace Policy. The job of this new bureaucracy
would be to implement: "Instruments of national power relating
to ensuring the
security and resiliency of cyberspace" and with the
enforcement of security standards to be developed by the <a
href="http://mail.conservativecontacts.com/ct/6000122:8843823420:m:1:213022458:679F4AF2BD047C6395080B1DA585151C">National
Institute of Standards and Technology</a> (NIST)
across public- and private-sector critical infrastructure
systems."</font></font></p>

face="Arial, serif"><font size="3">In other words, Obama will be
able to use a “security breach” as an excuse
to pull the plug on Internet access for over 20 million
Americans. ‘</font></font></p>

order to shut down the Internet for him! After all, Homeland
Security works for
Obama! Do you really want Napolitiano in charge of your
