[CS-FSLUG] Church Management Software

Hello, friends,
Does anyone have a recommendation for affordable self-hosted (on a web server) or cloud hosted church management software? Right now, we are running ACS and moving to ACS OnDemand so that we could remotely access our membership database, etc., would cost $180/month, which is quite a bit more than we can afford.

Three goals:

1.) Have remote access to the membership information.

2.) Either have the software be able to coordinate volunteer assignments (including assignments to different elements within a worship service) or tie into something like Planning Center, the service we use right now to handle that.

3.) Be able to migrate our data from ACS.

Bonus points if it is Open Source...
