[CS-FSLUG] Upgrade to FireFox 10 - V96, 5

Nothing to brag about or to not brag about.

The application itself offers an upgrade, unless the user has toggled 
that off,
or one may set it to just go ahead and run upgrades when the app is 
first loaded.

We use Seamonkey here (similar code-base) and have it set to ask if we want
to upgrade when there is an available upgrade.

Sometimes one of our users may be in a hurry and not have time to wait for
the upgrade, or may be using an associated-app or plug-in which could be
broken by an upgrade.

>  Not bragging, just noting that yesterday the upgrade to FireFox 10
>  came in Ubuntu 11.10 Upgrade Manager. Do other distributions not
