Since M$ is buying Skype, it might be worth noting that there are a number
of alternative VOIP clients using the SIP protocol.  I posted a list of SIP
servers and clients on my FB page, but here it is for those who aren't
connected with me on FB:

I will continue my Skype account for a limited time, to give others a chance
to find an alternative they like.
