Just hours after the over-the-top White House signing
celebration for ObamaCare, Liberty Counsel filed a lawsuit
in federal court against the new healthcare "reform" law.

Our litigation team strategized for weeks in anticipation
of the bill's potential passage. To my knowledge, we are
the first private organization, joining several state
attorneys general, to challenge this outrageous,
unconstitutional bill in a court of law.

Liberty Counsel filed this lawsuit for the millions of
citizens like you who recognize that ObamaCare is an
unconstitutional infringement on our rights as Americans.

Mandating health insurance for every person and employer
is a stunning example of the abuse of power that the
Constitution was designed to prevent.  Congress never
had the authority to pass this kind of legislation in
the first place!

for God's deliverance from being forced to pay for abortions
and from the overt deceit and trickery that has become the

played their hand.
