Another foolish, history-ignorant money-grubbing lawsuit.  Xmodem and 
Kermit fit the description given in the article, and there are older 
examples.  As usual, unjust lawyers and money-grubbers are trying to 
prey upon ignorant and corrupt judges with warring deception.
