I have a friend running a ministry website. He has been asked to start a  
mailing list for new updates, and has asked my input. One of the things  
I'd like to see is a good, solid standard message about opting out if the  
recipient was included by mistake.

Another item: I have heard of mail header entries designed to let  
recipient mail service admins know they can get their client off the list  
real easily, and discourage blocklisting. Anyone seen such a thing?
