[CS-FSLUG] Converting Video File Formats

I'm working on a project kinda like what you are doing I would use .mov for
quicktime or mp4 for quicktime also but can open it in quicktime also but
upload it to a webpage and use flv. I used Format Factory @
http://www.formatoz.com/ Its a sweet program.. It only works on windows.. I
would give that a try..
