[CS-FSLUG] Software to edit video

I am looking for software to edit video the same way you can edit
photos, exposure correction, color correction, contrast, brightness,
etc.  All the editing software I find is for cutting the stream and
splicing, no exposure controls.  Is there such a thing?  Hopefully
free?  Hopefully that will run on Linspire 1.0, Linspire 2.0, or
Freespire 2.0
