I don't think anyone can decide for you whether this was good or bad.
While I've managed to put with some stuff in the past, I'm not too sure
I wouldn't do the same thing in your place.

I suppose the one thing I would have done differently was to explain
what bothered me. Whether they accepted that explanation would be their
problem, but there's no way things can possibly improve there if they
don't find out what you considered unacceptable.

If this choice is the best answer to your convictions, you must be
willing to trust the Lord for future income, or dealing with a lack of it.
