[CS-FSLUG] Question About Google Page Rank

Quick question:  When considering Google Page rank, is 1 better than 10, or
the other way around?

I pretty well get the 'how', I just can't seem to find out which way the
ranking runs.  I've seen several discussions on the topic, but they all seem
to assume that you know which way is "up".
