I had tested my typing speed with some windows testing app last year
and have to admit that it was the most strenuous typing I have
undergone above my daily average.  I tested under Qwerty and Dvorak
and both were just as cramping.  I was rather amazed to find some of
the tests had settings for Dvorak testing even!  You'll have to Google
for them; I don't have reference to them any longer.

Whew! my hands are already getting tired...
