I know of only one such case like this. I was approached and they took my
advice, which WAS successful in getting the manager fired! Your wife will
have to document EVERYTHING the assist. does DAILY. Get those employees she
thinks she can trust and have them put their sig. DAILY to verify what she
has written down. This includes what is said in ridacule of any employee,
being late, etc., etc......ANY abuse of employees. After a couple of weeks,
you then can contact a regional rep. and have an after hours meeting away
from the place of business, where you will present a COPY of what you have -
write it all in black ink so it copies well. KEEP the original, as you MAY
need it later, as the other employees will as well to send to the state labor
dept. I'd make two (2) copies......one to keep and one to send if need be.

When dealing with someone like that, you need to let them hang
themselves.....just give them lots of rope and document WELL all that goes
on.
