I use TinyMCE on the sites I build. I use my own CMS. PHP just builds a 
CMS on a data driven
site. Just make sure the CMS allows for news, listings, talkbacks or 
whatever else you need. Try
not to update static pages. A CMS with an RSS feed is even better.
