[CS-FSLUG] Thankful for little things

I'm excited and thankful for something God did this week, and this  
seemed like a good forum to share.

On Tuesday the computer monitor at home started exhibiting a blurry  
line right down the middle. And text mode didn't work at all. The  
screen said "Signal out of range". The PC is kind of old. And I was  
afraid of imminent hardware failure. I could buy a new PC if necessary,  
but there are better things to spend the money on right now.

I have about one or two hours any night to spend on the computer. So  
Wednesday I burned and booted a Knoppix live CD. The montior worked  
normally. Yay! It's not a hardware problem. But what's causing the  
blurry line?

Well, I spent the rest of the week trying different stuff, and failing.  
And on Saturday I did what I should have done on Tuesday: prayed.  
Saturday night , first thing I try is booting in a graphic mode instead  
of text. No more blurry line or "Signal out of range" message!

It seems such a small thing when considering all the tragedy this year  
(hurricanes, earthquakes, etc.). It's re-assuring that even as God  
works in those "big" problems, He's still involved with my every day  
life.
