[CS-FSLUG] ARE DBAS NEEDED ANYMORE?

Well, at my work (a small IT shop), the adminning is pretty much done by
the coder who needs the table in question.  With phpMyAdmin, it's pretty
simple.  Granted, we are running a fairly small database, for testing
and such.
