There is a note of triumph for the GNU/Linux community in this
article.  Is this the first time MS has stated it is trying to compete
with a GNU/Linux vendor?  Usually it's the other way around.  Hmmmm...
 I'm not sure, but it looks like the tide's beginning to change.
