List Admin on Message Tagging (was Re: [CS-FSLUG] Re: Message tagging)

Well, there is never a reason for a thread to need to be rude.  
Technically, David and Aaron are pointing to a list rule, and aren't  
asking for anything different or unreasonable. News items are suppose  
to be prefixed with a standardized tag so that they can be filtered  
out. I cannot recall, unfortunately, what that tag is, but let's say  
it is "NI:" (News Item).

I've been getting a lot of complaints about news items lately, so I  
respectfully ask *all* contributors who post news to adhere to this  
rule when posting news. I'll contact any contributor personally if  
you overlook this, and provide a friendly reminder. If that doesn't  
work, maybe we will create an separate news item list.
