I'm familiar with some of the educational apps, but am not comfortable
with trying to teach others about them.  For example, there are a
number of scientific educational tools that seem more appropriate for
high school/college kids - things that I wouldn't have a clue about
how to use.  Gcompris looks great for younger kids.  What about middle
schoolers and such?  If need be, I'll start a new thread on this.
