SUN PLANS TO MAKE ALL ITS SOFTWARE FREE

Stanford, Calif. -- Sun Microsystems president and COO Jonathan Schwartz
on Thursday cited the company's plans to eventually offer all of its
software for free as a way to build communities around its
technologies.
