How hard can it be? I've learned it for what little I do with HTML. It's
mostly a matter of replacing <i> with <em>, <b> with <strong> and making
sure the tags are properly nested. A few purists demand you never use
any punctuation that is used in the markup, so they replace all
double-quotes with " and such.
